Our guest speaker this Sunday is Dionne Dowdy, executive director of United Returning Citizens of Youngstown, an organization that offers resources to citizens returning to the community from prison. Ms. Dowdy was recently named incoming president for Community Legal Aid Services, a non-profit law firm that offers free legal services to low income residents in Northeast and Central Ohio.
