Friday, October 4th, 6 pm, Channing Hall

On Friday, October 4, come to UYO’s first “Don’t Wait, Just Tell Me!” quiz show fundraiser. You’ll see friendly faces, hear horrible jokes, and learn some surprising true stories that have recently hit the headlines. The event is inspired by the NPR news quiz show “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me” and will take place on Friday, October 4, 6-9 pm, in Channing Hall.

Refreshments will be served throughout the evening. There will be a silent auction from 6-7 pm, the show will run from 7-8 pm, and the 50/50 raffle and auction winners will be announced as soon as the show concludes.

Childcare will be provided… but booze will not, so BYOB!

Tickets are $12/person and will be available at church starting on Sunday, September 1 (and they can also be purchased at the door if they aren’t sold out). All proceeds will go to UUYO. The event is open to all church members, friends of the church, and friends of friends of the church, so share the news!
