Chili Cook Off Sunday, March 15th 12:30 pm

The annual Chili Cook-Off is fast approaching.  This year it is this month, March 15th, right after the service in Channing Hall.  Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:  Hottest, Traditional, Most Unusual, Vegan/Vegetarian, and Best-In-Show.

Butter, shredded cheese, sliced green onions, chopped regular onions, sour cream, & crackers will be provided.  To fill out the meal, it is asked that the congregation provide salads, relishes, vegetables, breads/rolls, etc., and any desserts/sweets.

A signup sheet will be at the Equal Exchange table.  One can glance at the sheet and see what is needed to round out the meal.  Also, help will be needed in setting up, breaking down , and clean-up after the event.

Instructions on how to taste the chili will be handed out.
