Ahimsa: “Absence of Injury”

August 25th, 7 pm Ahimsa is an important term in the Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist traditions. Commonly defined as “nonviolence,” it is literally translated from the Sanskrit as “absence of injury.” How can the guiding principles of Ahimsa guide us during this time? Rev. Work Party August 21st 10 am – 2 pm

In person get together at UUYO to do grounds keeping and other needed work in and around the building. We will be using some of this time to clear surfaces in preparation for a deep cleaning of the building on Saturday, August 28th.
