Spiritual Explorations – Wednesday, May 17 – 7-9pm
Spiritual Explorations is a small group ministry program that helps people go deeper than the Sunday morning church experience. We use the monthly theme as a starting point for discussion. We’ll explore the May theme, “What does it mean to be a community of embodiment?,” How can be be an embodied religion, one that takes body and heart and gut into consideration, as well as mind and spirit? You are encouraged to look at the May packet beforehand, and try one or more of the spiritual exercises inside.
